Des Moines, IA - Drake men's tennis split two matches to go 1-1 on the weekend at home. They lost against the undefeated No. 40 ITA-ranked Denver Pioneers 5-2 on Friday but bounced back to win 7-0 against Oral Roberts on Saturday. The Bulldogs are now 9-8 on the season and 2-2 in the Summit League.

The Pioneers edged out the Bulldogs in the doubles point to open Drake's senior night. Marvin Schaber and Daniel Sancho Arbizu defeated Matt Clegg and Markus Bolin 6-2 to give the Pioneers an early advantage.
